3. Offers and Pricing

  • All prices include VAT and are stated in euros unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

  • Obvious mistakes or errors in pricing or product information do not bind us.

 

4. Order Process and Agreement

  • An agreement is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock issues.

 

5. Payment

  • Payment must be made using one of the available payment methods at checkout.

  • Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

 

6. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the indicated timeframes.

  • Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

  • You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email or return portal).

  • You then have 14 days to return the item(s) at your own expense.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, excluding any shipping fees.

  • Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

 

8. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal applies to:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital content after download or streaming has started

  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Items on final sale or clearance

 

9. Returns

  • Returns must comply with our Return Policy.

  • Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will not be accepted.

 

10. Warranty & Complaints

  • Products are covered by the legal warranty as applicable under EU law.

  • Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

  • In the case of a valid complaint, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund.

 

11. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data, or loss of profit.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

 

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or technical disruptions.

 

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR laws.

 

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where our business is registered.
